  • Extensive experience sourcing glass, wood and plastic laminate, marble stone, tile, chipboard, painted finishes

  • Die Casting (Zinc and Aluminum)

  • Identified and developed new sources for die casting ready for painting and machining including steel ball shot blasting

  • Experienced in procuring and proofing tooling

  • Injection molding including gas assisted

    • Involved with the design, development, and procurement of products manufactured using injection molded products and processes

    • Implemented the use of gas assisted injection molding resulting in increased cost savings

  • Aluminum and plastic extrusions

  • Experience with lineal extrusions as well as fabricated parts including parts with anodized finishes

  • Tooling development

  • Worked with parts designers, vendors and tool makers in the development of molding, casting and extrusion tools to assure quality and capacity to meet production demands
